Danica Patrick Will be Good for NASCAR
Today Danica Patrick announced that she will drive a JR Motorsports No. 7 Chevrolet in 12 NASCAR Nationwide Series races in 2010.
“It’s been a long time coming, but the stars finally aligned for me with Go Daddy and JRM,†Patrick said about her 12 race deal for 2010. “I have always said I love to drive, and if I could make it work to race in both Indy Car and NASCAR then I’d love to drive in NASCAR!â€
Danica will be good for NASCAR.
And if she can run up front, lead laps and win a race that will be great for NASCAR.
She will bring more fans to the race track at a time when tracks need all the fans they can get.
She will bring more TV viewers that will bring more advertisers and sponsors. That only strengthens the sport.
