President Obama is Using NASCAR Drivers to Gain Political Edge
With his approval rating dropping like a rock President Obama has enlisted several top NASCAR drivers to help get his message on education out.
Obama is set to address America’s school children on Tuesday — but he is coming under fire by angry parents who don’t want their kids forced to listen to Obama.
One parent called the President’s upcoming address ”very socialistic,” and a “form of indoctrination.” according to Fox News.
So the President thinks he can parade out a group of NASCAR stars to get more kids to watch the speech. Obama is just using these drivers for political clout in order to get more kids to watch.
This video was shot on a recent trip to The White House by last year’s Chase Drivers. The drivers didn’t know at the time that a firestorm was brewing over this issue — but Obama and his staff did.

Look let get this taken care of before it is a wild fire- as you know all of the drivers are $$$$$$$$$$ and would fall under the tax increase and really if you seen when johnny went to the track he was told by a lot of them they had his support.. and the thing with the kids get a life children that age wants to meet the president, that have no clue to the economy-health care reform… those that wish to start all this stuff are just like the town criers,taking a gun to a president event these are just wanna be’s. please don’t tarnish NASCAR with this.

I am done with Nascar and the drivers that did this. I love this sport but now some of the drivers are selling out just like the movie stars. Oh did you forget we pay your salaries. You can’t blame the drivers….they were telling the kids to stay in school and how important an education is to their future ! Which is the message they are sending. Listen to the words again….VERY CAREFULLY!
Obama on the other hand is sending a message through our children on “HOW CAN YOU HELP YOUR PRESIDENT?” and televising that into EVERY school this Tuesday. I worry about this “Let’s talk about it administration” that is making our country appear weak & vulnerable. We need to take a stand. Now they’re working on taxing sugar, services, etc. to bail out the mess they have created. Where’s the stimulus? At least President Bush gave money to The People to help stimulate the economy. Is there anything wrong with Obama asking the kids favorite drivers to help them stay in school. You probably supported Bush and his daddy in the White House and they did nothing to help the kids get a good education.
If you remember Bush sitting there when 9/11 started, he looked like a dummy with a book in his hand wondering what to do. I bet one of the kids in that classroom could have done something quicker.

There’s nothing wrong with a president asking kids to stay in school. However,if YOU were in a room with a bunch of kids, and got that news whispered in your ears, how would YOU act in front of them? Would you get up in the middle of it and say, “I have to go! America is being attacked!” or would you do what he did, which was, not cause a panic in front of children, and thought about the best way to take care of it without freaking everyone out.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m very against what Bush has done, but if you look at everything closely, he was not really in charge. Neither is Obama. Both political parties are funded by the same people. THEY are who run this country.

I am sure that those drivers feel strongly that education is important. I would use everything at my disposal to keep kids in school. The overt message may be “stay in school”, but the underlying, covert message is, “Obey your President, obey your government.” I don’t necessarily expect guys in NASCAR to be able to differentiate the two and realize that they are being used not just to get kids to stay in school but to become good Obama Kids. They were presented with it as a PSA or Public Service Announcement, and it was a chance to meet the President of the United States. So they saw it as an honor and a chance to support a “good cause”. I think now that they are wiser to what the Obama Administration is up to they won’t get caught out like that again. I HAVE TAKEN THE TIME TO0 READ MOST OF THE CURRENT COMMENTS. 80% SEEM TO SHARE MY OPINION WITH REGARDS NOT JUST AIMED AT PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA HUSSEIN AS THE MOVING FORE BEHIND ALMOST 100% OF THE PREDICAMENT WE ARE IN TODAY AND ARE ON OUR WAY INTO WORSE GRASPS OF THE OBAMA “SPIDER WEB” WHO HAS SO CUNNINGLY CIRCUMVENTED CONGRESS FROM IMKPEDING ANY OF HIS OBJECTIVES THAT CAN AND WILL BE IMPOSED ON THE CITIZENRY WITHOUT ANY CONGRESSIONAL APPROVAL BY THE CREATION OF HIS “KINDOM of CZARS” OVER WHICH HE RULES SUPREME. HE CAN FIRE A CZAR IF THAT CZAR ISN’T DOING WHAT HE WAS TOLD TO DO. THIS WAY HE CAN SEND THEM OUT ON SPECIFIC MISSIONS AND IF THEY SCREW UP THE MISSION, HE HAS AN INSTANT “SCAPE-GOAT” TO LAY IT OFF ON. I KLNOW WITHOUT A DOUBT THAT SINCE THIS ELECTION, MOST OF THE PEOPLE THAT PUT “OBAMA” INTO OFFICE WERE 1st TIME VOTERS BASICALLY MEANING THAT THEY WERE BORN SOME TIME PRIOR OR CLOSE TO 1985 – 87 AND THEY DO NOT HAVE A CLUE AT THAT AGE OF HOW A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS RUN. THEY DO NOT KNOW THAT ALL THE CAMPAIGN RHETORIC THAT IS BLOWN OUT TO THEIR EARS BY THESE CANDIDATES IKS A FACTUAL 98% BULL CRAP THAT THEY CANNOT DO IF AND WHEN THEY GET ELECTED, BECAUSE THEY SAID IT, IS THE BIGGEST “SUCKER” LINE YOU 1st TIME FOOLS GOT SUCKED INTO – LET’S PLAY WHO DO YOU TRUST WITH A QUOTE FROM OBAMA’S MOUTH “I WILL READ EVERY LINE OF EVERY BILL THAT COMES ACROSS MY DESK AND MAKE SURE THAT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR THOSE PORK PROJECTS.” AND LOOK AT THE VERY 1st SHOT OUT OF THE BARREL…. I agree we have to keep kids in school. They will get nowhere without education. The country is paying for one of Reagan’s biggest mistakes daily, his ignoring of AIDS.This disease continues to take lives.His administrations economic policies were still present under Clinton and reinforced by Greenspan and the Republicans. Then all heck broke loose in 2001 and we’ve been on a downward spiral ever since. The country is in trouble if half of us get the H1N1 virus with lost wages and productivity to other things that could send us in a real mess. This isn’t like AIDS it spreads in the air! I think we have been slow responding to this, slow responding to Katrina in 2005. Too many politics involved in health care policy. We have to do what is right for all of us and put the politics away–and this means KEEPING KIDS IN SCHOOL! This country is so far behind in science and math we can’t take care of flu, AIDS or broken levies. What happens the next time the levies in New Orleans fail?

No kids don’t have to stay in school to be successful in life. They have to stay in school so all of the teachers, bus drivers, janitors and school lunch cooks have a job. Oh, and also so they can be good little follows of the message from “the man”. Lessons taught in school: sit quietly, do as you are told, believe everything your teacher says. Things not taught in school: question authority, develop critical thinking and problem solving skills, how to balance a checkbook, how to live within your means, how to be self-reliant.
My son and daughter, both homeschooled, from the 8th grade on. He is now a policeman, she is Sr. VP of a multinational company with sales of over $500 million annually.
There is a big difference between “schooling” and getting an “education”. Think about it…..
