Obama Backs Down From NASCAR Flyover Ban

It looks like President Obama will not be so quick to ban NASCAR flyovers after all.obama-nascar

Obama is finally listening to you the NASCAR fans. When you said you wanted to keep the flyovers the President heard you loud and clear.

He went out of his way to talk about flyovers in a meeting with several NASCAR drivers Wednesday. Here is what Obama said:

“NASCAR is about a lot more than just racing cars.  It’s about supporting our troops and our veterans, from flyovers and red, white and blue paint jobs on Memorial Day to your visits to Walter Reed and Iraq and Afghanistan that show our appreciation for the brave men and women who are serving our country.”

Thank you for all your comments. NASCAR fans have made one Change in America.

    I hate to be te bearer of bad news, but Regan is right and you’re in la la land.
    First of all you’re not going to have to worry about s.s., you’ll never see it.
    Secondly, health care reform has nothing to do with s.s..
    The dem’s want to change our country and believe me this bill will make it happen.
    You should read the constutation and see what powers the folks in D.C. actually have.
    obama only has power over federal employees and when he decided to bully the banks and car companies he went out of his power. Do you have the stock that you own in the companies that w now own?
    Matter of fact, have you even read the bill that you’re so excited about?
    Verify you comments before you make them and stop thinking that you’re so smart, because you really aren’t.

I know that is what our country was based on, but when you get a president like Obama who treats the people of this country like little children and thinks he is taking away our “toys”, when he is acting more like a dictator and is jamming these healthcare issues down our throats. I am surprised he tried to take away the flyovers and then flew himself and his wife to a night out in NYC at the expense of the taxpayer.
