Jimmie Johnson’s Attorney Indicted

Alan Miller Indicted on Tax Charges

Jimmie Johnson’s attorney has been indicted on tax evasion charges along with Indy 500 and Dancing with the Stars winner Helio Castroneves.

Alan Miller has served as Johnson’s attorney since the 2 time NASCAR Champion was 15 years old. Miller also represents Casey Mears – and once represented Kyle Busch before the 2 parted ways following Busch’s departure from Hendrick Motorsports.

Johnson reported that he was “shocked” to hear the news of Miller’s indictment. The lawyer could face up to 20 years in prison if convicted.

Castroneves and Miller were hauled in front of a Federal Court Judge today in Miami to enter their initial pleas in the case.
