    2. This is just like Dale Earnhardt Jr. Always fighting his battles in the media. It sounds like the same story as before when he was going at it with Teresa. Next thing you know He’ll be asking for 51% of Hendrick Motorsports just to get out of his contract. I think he wants out of NASCAR altogether.

    3. Junior is at a loss as to what will turn things around for the 88 team. He is not blaming anyone, he just wants things to go better. His frustration is huge.

    4. It’s sad to see the frustration on Dale Jr. He is an awesome driver and an awesome person . He is one of the best and he really needs to know he is the best ! He will come out of this no matter his choice. He doesn’t need to be ugly in his comment’s like some of the driver’s who will go nameless. He speaks very little ill of any driver which show’s he has class and honor. He does not cry “it’s ..so and so’s fault “when he losses he take credit when he does something wrong . He really love’s the sport and his fan’s. Get him a good crew who care’s about him and winning and he will win.
    No matter if he win’s or lose’s I stand by Dale Jr. His honor and love of the sport make’s him an icon of the sport.

    5. It’s really, really sad to see Jr. so upset. I still believe someone on the crew does something on purpose to screw up Jr.’s car each and every week. If, I were, Rick Hendrick, I’d fire the whole crew and start out a new. Also, it’s seems if Jr. is running good, in the top 5 or 10, someone like David R. or Elliott S. wrecks him. Seems Jr. can’t win for loosing. I know he is one heck of a good driver, and other drivers have gone thru bad years as well, if Jr. will stick it out, I think Mr. H. will figure something out and get him on the right track. Why I say someone is doing something to Jr. car only is—- Mark Martin, Jimmie and Jeff have not had the equipment break like Jr. has had, something is just not right on that crew. Keep a stiff upper lip Jr., we love ya and will always be there no matter what!!!!!

    6. dale jr is just having a bad year! he needs a g-o-o-d…. crew chief!just because your a kyle fan, you don’t have to put jr down like that. he’s really a cool guy.hope he gets it together soon.kyle is not in the championship race either! junebug we are all behind you 110%. do the best you can.

    8. I fell like I should reach out and take Jr. in my arms like a Mommy would and tell him everything will work out fine. So sad for him. I know he thought this would be a better year. But I think someone is being paid to sabotage his vars

    9. My heart goes out to Jr. He looks very tired.
    After the way he used to drive now he is finding it hard to deal with the people he works with. God Be with him. I wish the media would just back off for a while. Things have not been the best since he lost his Dad. He needs his Dad bad. He seems so sad. He has no one in his corner just for him. I could almost cry for him.

    10. I totally agree with Mama Donia I have been saying that all year. Too many races for the car to break. Wonder who is behind it? My whole family loves you Jr. Keep your head up. I met you in Daytona you walked right up to me at one in the morning after the race ,you are awesome. A couple of the other drivers look the other way and keep on walking. We won’t name names.

    11. I think you need to back off Jeff. If you can do any better then go for it, but us Jr. fans love this kid and he is doing everything he can to straighten it out, he’s got every right to complain, the other drivers in the Hendrick organization, their equipment is not breaking, something is wrong somewhere!!!!!

    12. Jr should have stayed at DEI. Thats the company his Dad and Theresa started, everyone was blaming her for him not winning championships but he was winning races with Tony Jr. At some time we have to stop making excuses for him !

    13. I truley would like for Jr. to win some races. I hope that people arent messing with his cars! Every week I wait for him to win one. I am a fan of Jeff Gordon, but, I still like Jr. I liked his Dad too. So Good Luck Jr. dont you give up!!

    15. To the non-Jr, fans above BACK-OFF! How dare you even start, KYLE BUSH – please! The other guy could not afford the wine! This is about Jr. not you or your opinions talk to your own drivers. I would like to see anyone walk a mile in this mans shoes the pressure since losing his Dad is unreal. Let alone the pressure of watching DEI go down the tubes, knowing HE will have to save it. He has to carry the whole darn Earnhardt load. Jr. it will be alright you have true fans who love you for you. Need to get away come to PA and relax, need a hug ask, we don’t care were you finish. That is what you need to know you are loved because of you just look around we are always there. See you @ the Ponocos again!

    16. What makes Kyle so much better than Dale? Dale had the same kind of success early in his career just as Kyle is doing now But I don’t see Kyle in the Chase this year either Nor Do I see Matt K,Kevin H, Martin T,Clint B All who have been in past Chases & are having less than a GREAT YEAR PLUS I DON’T see Kyle with a Daytona 500 win & 2 Busch Championships behind him!!!!! Dale will get back on the right track & no one will try harder than him & Mr H. Kyle has to be the bad guy to get what he wants THAT’S NOT DALE. He Has ALL of JR.NATION BEHIND HIM & NO ONE WILL TAKE THAT AWAY FROM!!!!Kyle has gotten better but he has a long long way to have the respect in all areas that Dale has. So You stay with Kyle & Jr. Nation Will stay with Dale. Just look @ Dale’s upcoming TALLADEGA CAR

    18. to mama, some drivers are harder on their cars then others, equipment breaks. He is not using his brain when he is racing and gets behind, that is why he gets in a wreck or breaks equipment.

    19. im a dale jr fan without doubt,but this video disappoints me.he doesnt seem like the driver he used to be.when he was driving the 8 car he was excited,happy to be in the car.it just seems like something isnt there.he looks tired and he talks like everything is hopeless.the i dont have any control comment really made me think that jr is wanting more to be a boss rather than a race car driver.we definelty need a crew chief,without doubt.if the car isnt fast its not on jr,its on the crew chief and the engine shop.lets hope by daytona there are alot of things that have changed,his attitude to be the most important.

    29. To Marcel, Have you actually been to a race? Most crashes he has been in have been unavoidable on his part. and as far as the hard driving Jr knows how to drive a car. He was raised driving cars. Those cars are tough and alot of other drivers are alot tougher on their cars but somehow they seem to hold together. Maybe you should go back to Mexico or wherever you are from and drive that trash over there where you have to drive carefully or you will break it.

    31. I feel so bad for Jr. He does not look like he has got much
    sleep lately. I am thinking the way of others that someone
    is doing something to his car. It is strange that the other
    cars of Hendricks are not having the same problems. Dale Jr

    32. I think that all this media pressure is getting to him, that’s why he’s not the happy go lucky guy he was a few years ago. No wonder he looks so tired and down in the dumps. I bet that he’s sick of getting asked about how he’s running, and I am sick of it for him. Especially when the fans say that he needs to stop putting this out in the open, newsflash, he’s not one to not answer a question, so when he’s asked he will answer, so get over it. He’s not a media hound, he doesn’t go looking for people to ask him questions, they come to him, and he is nice enough to stop and answer the questions that they fire at him.

    How would you feel knowing that the sport rests on your shoulders? I think it was wrong for them to say the sport relies on how he runs. No one has the pressure on their shoulders like Jr. does. You don’t hear about how badly Matt Kenseth, Kevin Harvick, or even Kyle Busch is running, you only hear about Jr. How is that his fault? He’s not the one writing these articles, putting the pressure on him, shining the spotlight on his misfortunes.

    It’s not his fault that the last few weeks he’s been running well, not the best, but it’s massively better than he was running at the beginning of the year, only to be wrecked or have parts break. How is that his fault? How is that based on his talents as a driver? It’s not. He is a great driver going thru a very hard time and a time when it seems like he only has bad luck, so it feels like there is no hope, hence he’s at the end of his rope.

    So stop blaming him for all this media coverage, get off his back and let him be the great driver we know he can be and make it past this hard time in his career. He doesn’t need anymore pressure on him.

    Jr. I am behind you, always rooting for you, keep of the good work, you’lll make it thru this.

    34. I think so too. It is KB’s old crew. Jr. got KB’s old crew, so yes I think he is getting some crappy work done on his car. Mr. H needs to redo the whole crew. Dale is a much better driver than what is showing. We Jr. fans knoow that. Please Mr. H help Jr. get this fixed.

    37. First let me say, I am a JR fan not part of the JR Nation. Last year when Jr was the best running car on the HMS stables JJ and JG went to Rick and whined about Jr having Darion Grubb as his engineer so Rick had to keep his pretty boys happy and took Grubb away form Jrand put hin in the 24/48 shop, JJ and JG started running better and thats when Jr started running bad. Jr’s a good driver not a great driver but a good driver. I think (Im not an expert) that Jr is not getting the best equipment at HMS it is going to the 3 drivers in the chase as it should be. What Rick needs to do is take the engineer from the 24/48 shop and the one on the 5 car (since Rick let Grubb go) and put them on Jrs team. They also need to steel Chads note book..J/K Ok I though with my rant…..

    38. Marcel: I’ve been going to live races since the early 60′s, I think, I know a thing or two about racing. Jr. is no harder on the equipment than any other driver, wake up and smell the roses, something is wrong, and most of us fans realize it, so know what your talking about when you say something!!!!!

    40. for all you fans that have never lost a father, Jr. has to be reminded every time he enters a curve and be reminded of how he lost his father, has to be very taxing. When other drivers stand in lineup before a race, there is no father, wife, or girlfriend in his corner. Why, because he loves and respects other drivers and racing. He gives it his all. Mr. Hendricks can share in a loss of the same magnitude and can help Jr. fill that void. But Jr. has more character in his little finger than a driver that is self-centered and arrogant as Kyle B. No wonder Mr. Hendricks let him go. Sometimes winning isn’t everything, especially if it means you sell your principles. Jr., good things come to those who remain honest. You don’t have to win to be in the chase; ask all those who is in there this year. My prayers, love of you for who you are, not Dale Sr., and hopes are with you. It will come.

    41. Dale, Jr. is just as good as Jimmie Johnson if not better………HE NEEDS A CREW CHIEF LIKE JIMMIE FOLKS! Please beg Mr. Rick Hendrick’s to find a top-notch crew chief for Junior; then, he will win many races. Junior is handsome, sweet, intelligent, kind, considerate and so very thoughtful………….God loves him so much and so does America and NASCAR. Without Junior, I would probably retire from NASCAR as much as I love it.

    sad to say the day his dad hit the wall, Jr was
    right beside him. That got to be in the back of
    his mind. I watch Dale Drive for years, I personal believe dale was one of the best naacar driver there every was. i HAVE been watching nascar every since 1960. I watch Fred
    L. take a ford to first win by a ford, i watched Fire ball Robert burn up in a wreck.
    But i never saw any one could smoke the tires
    through the corners, but dale could do it, jr

We are die-hard fans and love you win or lose,but we want our driver too be happy and performing well.Just know we don’t feel like you are letting us down,and that we know you will get your MO-JO back,this is not an easy sport or anybody could do it,thats why we are out here cheering for you and you are behind the wheel.Keep your head held high,just the same way your fans keep theirs up for you.I am still proud to show off my 88 tattoo because I am proud to stand by you.And I always will!!!
