i can not understand how 4 cars can come out of the same garage and only 3 run like someone stole it!!!!!!!!!!! and its always the same car that is broken. if you wanna make it believable than have them all take turns on whose car doesn’t run this week. there’s 2 garages (24/48) and (5/88) so they don’t share the same notes/parts/cars.. there’s no way hendrick can have 4 awesome cars.. jr”s a idiot for leaving dei where he got the best equipment.. hendrick may be the best team but jr’s the 4th driver.. and the 4th driver any team get junk.. as i see it, jr got what he deserved,.

no one deserves to have their legacy taken from them when the whole nascar nation knows what dei was created for. junior is one hell of a man for walking away. an i don’t call blown engines being the best equipment. if dei would have been handled the way it was intended, junior driving and kelly running the business than you can’t argue what dei would have become. The best equipment??? Geesh, can’t figure where you came up with that. If Teresa had let Jr. buy into the company, there would still be a DEI, instead of Earnhardt -Ganassi. She cared about Dales legacy enough to show up for the induction to the Hall Of Fame, then disappeared again. They say, “what goes around, comes around”. She is a loser. Don’t know why Jrs. crew chief couldn’t make sure all the parts they might need wasn’t in the pits. Everyone has their own jobs…but isn’t it the crew chiefs responsibility to make sure that they do their jobs, so they at least look like they know what their doing. Just something else the Jr. haters can blame him for…like he has any control over that. Hendricks should give Lance a swift kick.

That’s exactly what was on my mind when I saw that Dale’s day was going down the drain and then of course Jimmie slinging into first….I just wish Kevin hadn’t scraped the wall with his car and gave Jimmie a run for his money! Don’t get me wrong, I don’t have anything per say against Jimmie, I love ALL the teams at HMS!! But, NO, I do not want to see a repeat of last season!! I have believed and will still believe that Dale is going to have a good year….I’m thinking positive!! I don’t know what Chad Knauss is doing, but it dang sure is a mystery!! I myself would LOVE to see Mark Martin run the tires off & win the Championship!! Now THAT would be a good day!!

I have been a NASCAR fan all my life,as my dad would take me to tracks,and we would listen to everyrace on the radio.But after all is said and done,they,Brian France,etal, have finally lost me as a fan.It all seems to scripted for me.If I ever decide to return to NASCAR,it will only be that they let the garage build the cars,and not the sanctioning body.As far as Jr. goes,NASCAR doesn’t care if he is winning,because they think the fans are true and loyal.Well,NASCAR.You just lost such a fan!

They can hire me to do inventory on the parts for the car, if it will help jr run like the other 3 cars, I love nascar, and jr but its irrtating when this happens! I would like to know; who in the hell doesn’t double and triple check parts that go to the pit area, before they start the race? To make sure they have ever part necessary to repair the car in the event of any mechanical problem! WTF? They can hire me to do it! Maybe then they won’t have these problems. I say: FIRE EM ALL and hire new! theres millions of people looking for work. I love nascar, and jr, but this is getting very irratating!!!! I’m not going to watch a repeat of last year. I for one would like to see Jr. do really good and make the Chase ! I would also like to see Mark WIN the chase, I for one leave it in the hands of GOD.
I do not know why Jr. is having more bad luck and I hope it stops here !!!!!!
I would love to see a really good Chase no matter who wins it, you know down to the last race or two for at least 5 drivers.

What is wrong?? First there were no TESTING runs on any of these cars. And when anything goes wrong we hear everyone getting ready to fire people who worked on the car. First I have purchased cars right from the factory and had to go back to the dealer to get all the kinks removed. This has been the second out of two races and everyone is having a heart attack when their driver doesn’t win.

All I can say , is get a life and think positive!!! First, they do take extra parts with them to all the races, even a back-up car. It’s too early in the season to start firing every employee who doesn’t meet someone’s expectations.
GIVE JUNIOR AND LANCE TO GET THERE FEET WET AND START BLAMING EVERYONE FOR ONE INCINDENT………

It seems that luck has a lot to do with it. Jimmy Johnson has Dale’s share, too so Dale doesn’t have any. Of course that doesn’t explain why they can never seem to get Dale’s car dialed in to his liking. Even if the car was good that wouldn’t have helped the axle issue. They certainly weren’t prepared for that.

well, I’m certainly no expert when it comes to anything mechanical, but I do have lots of “common” sense. I know that there is something wrong with Jr.’s car always having trouble. And to think that a part needed to get him back in the race was not even available. Where is the checklist and who is responsible for it? I would assume the crew chief is the man “where the buck stops” and he should be prepasred for everything and take full responsibility for whatever goes wrong, when something happens like it did in Sunday’s race. I really feel bad for Jr. and i can imagine how he is feeling, especially after having such a fine finish in the last race. I sure hope Hendrick and all involved will get to the bottom of this and allow Jr. to have as good a racecar as Johnson, Mark & Gordon. We’re with you Jr. and still believe in you.

I like the fact that we can all vent on here but it never gets to NASCAR. Its like politics, All the complaints from we the people never get to the crooks in Washington. If NASCAR cared about fans they would address some of the complaints and try to save it. I have to agree with the fans who say something is fishy in Hendrickville!!! He only wanted Jr. on his team because of his popularity. Why not at the last minute one week, quick paint job and put him in Jimmys car…..no one would ever consider that!!!! He needs a competent crew chief…what the ….. Hendrick, you have a good driver, a popular driver wih fans, wouldn’t it be good for your organization to have that be a winning team. I think Chad has on occasion cheated and was caught but they didn’t cheat yesterday, NASCAR handed it to them until oh it looks like Kevin might catch him and Jimmie has to pinch him which he has done many times to others. Why do they all not race him the same way? Probably afraid to be penalized for rough driving because it’s their “Golden Boy”.

I certainly hope it isn’t a repeat of 2009 and one cannot make that assumption judged on one bad race. Every driver has a bad race occasionally. After all, Jimmie had a DNF in the Daytona 500. One week later, Dale Jr’s car breaks and Jimmie wins the race and suddenly it’s a repeat of 2009?
As for Danica, her presence on the track is bringing new excitement of the Nationwide series. She is a very talented driver. I see no reason to “feel sorry for all the other rookies and drivers” because of the attention Danica is getting. It is not only the media but apparently fans also that she is attracting judging by the increase in TV ratings. As for the media hype, do you not recall all the hype over Joey Logano and “sliced bread” last season? I got so utterly tired of that constant hype that every time his name was mentioned or every time I heard that stupid “sliced bread” I muted my TV! Danica is good for the sport; she brings an excitement to it that hasn’t been felt since Dale Jr. first started driving in the Busch series.

Jimmy Johnson and Kyle Busch were both in the pits when the caution flag was throwed and both of them should have been a lap down. kyle Busch went backwards but not Jimmy Johnson and if it would have been anyone else would have beeen a lap down. But Chad Knause said it was green light pit stop. chad Knause is a cheater and knows all about it. Johnson is so smug it is pitiful.

I don’t necessarily think that Chad is cheating but I have always felt that there was something fishy going on the the #88 team. Junior is a super talented driver and, hands-down, the face of Nascar. If Rick Hendrick is as smart a businessman as I think he is, he’ll get this fixed now. Junior and his fans will not tolerate another 2009. If Junior wins, it’s money in the bank for Nascar. I would think it would be top priority to fix the problem in any way possible. When Junior wins next, watch the stands the next race. Odds are, you will see less empty seats and a much louder roar from the crowd.
My money is and always will be on Junior. He’s going to win and win a lot. I believe it and every Junior Nation fan should believe it too. Maybe if we all stand behind him it will shut up all those nay-sayers who end up on a Junior website.
Go Junior! Tell them all to “eat my dust”!

Looks like Hendericks is spending his money on Johnson again, better cars and letting Dale Jr. go. At lease Lance was yelling about not having extra axle in there supplies.
