    It is a wonderful song and whoever is singing it is a very good singer but it is definitely NOT Toby Keith.

    7. That’s cool. it’s NOT Toby Keith but the singer does have a great voice. I’m off on a mission to find out who it was. Love the lyrics and the message. Funny but I don’t think I’ll ever foget Dale Sr and I love the man Dale Jr has become. He’s one of the good guys.

    11. “Riding with the Legend” (a.k.a. “Daytona Bound”), is the title track from Keith Bryant’s 2004 album. In this case, the legend is the ghost of Dale Earnhardt. The lyrics were written to David Allan Coe’s country classic, “The Ride,” about the ghost of Hank Williams.

    I listened to the version by Tony Martin and the version by Keith Bryant and I think the one playing with this video clip is the one by “Keith” Bryant…..maybe thats why someone got the name confused with Toby “KEITH”

    20. That is not Toby Kieth singing this. It is Tony Martin. Brian Keith had it out also. I have both versions and Keiths is just a tad
    different. He changed the line, “can you hit him in the ass, never let off the gas, till you roll into victory lane”, to “Can you hit’em in the rear, and grab another gear till you roll into victory lane. I perfer Tonys version better, his voice makes the difference to me.
