The daughters of two American legends came together recently to raise money for their Father's charitable foundations.
Dale Earnhardt's daughter Taylor Earnhardt and John Wayne's daughter Marissa Wayne Ditteaux were at the Stockyard in Fort Worth Texas to unveil the Dale & The Duke car.

International Speedway Corporation has just given Bruton Smith the equivalent of a bump and run on the last lap at Martinsville.
The Southern 500 will return to Darlington in 2009 - just not on Labor Day weekend.
Darlington officials say they plan to run the race on Mother's Day weekend. But ...

Looks like Bruton Smith, Eddie Gossage and the staff at Texas Motor Speedway are at it again!
Last spring they put up a billboard similar to this to promote the Samsung 500. Only that billboard read: Reason # 88 -- Stepmom!

The State of Mississippi has some of the best NASCAR license plates I have seen. These are official state license plates for your car.
A company called Race Plate Marketing is behind the plates. It seems they have worked out a deal with NASCAR to market the specialty auto tags.
